About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Commerce Stream Tuition Teacher to provide exceptional academic support to students. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching subjects such as Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics, and potentially other commerce-related disciplines to students across various grade levels (e.g., 11th, 12th, B.Com). This role involves developing and delivering engaging lesson plans, explaining complex concepts clearly, and employing effective teaching methodologies to cater to diverse learning styles. The teacher will assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and guide them in problem-solving and critical thinking to help them achieve their academic goals and excel in examinations.
Responsibilities include interpreting study materials, conducting regular assessments, tracking student performance, and communicating effectively with students and, where applicable, their parents/guardians regarding progress and areas for improvement. A strong understanding of the latest syllabus, examination patterns, and practical applications of commerce concepts is essential. Experience in guiding students through board examinations or competitive entrance exams related to commerce would be a significant advantage.
Requirements
B.Com / M.Com graduate with or without B.Ed.
Should have minimum 1 year of teaching experience.
Should have in-depth knowledge on Accounts, Commerce & Economics.
Should have passion to teaching.
Should have commitment to student growth.
